And yet we dedicate alot of time, money and effort towards perfecting our structures.

We often say we want more clarity in our business. We put pressure on ourselves to gain proof of this clarity. That's why we spend excessive amounts of money buying courses and buying whats worked...

But just because its worked for them, doesnt mean its necessarily going to work for us to.

So lets talk about a smarter way for you to get clear in 2020?

When we want more clarity in our business strategies and structure, it’s often when results are dissatisfying and we believe that we have done everything we can do to improve and grow, so we turn to improving our strategies and structures.

This is needed at certain times, but there are so many people who are solving the wrong equation, spending excessive amounts of time money and energy doing so.

If we understand exactly where strategy and structure should fit into our businesses, then when we do implement and build, our foundations will be strong.

If we don't understand this then we'll continue to spend excessive amounts of money, time and personal energy on trying to get clear on a strategy or structure, that may or may not stand strong. We'll continue looking for people who are getting the results we want. Well continue to throw our money into new courses and mentors to see what strategies they are using to get their results.

The problem is that if we don't understand where to place the importance and focus of strategy, then we are only ever mimicking the behaviors rather than the thinking, that is driving the success of other peoples behaviors, strategies and successful results.

Some people say that we don't need to worry about where our mindset is at in order to implement, however there is an epidemic of people who invest in stuff and don't implement. So that tells me we need to focus on both!

The thinking + the strategy!!

And in that order!!

What I want to convey here is that, if we are in a space where we are stuck and dissatisfied, and constantly on the hunt for something that will produce better results than what we already have. Then this is less about strategy, and time to give more attention to the current blocks in our thinking!!!

And as soon as you shift that, then you will notice that the strategy and structure comes much more easily, it flows...because you finally understand that Strategy and Structure are just the middle man in your business.

The real shot caller/boss is your thinking.

Always remember, your Strategy and Structure are only as strong as your thinking.
