🔑 Without spending excessive time, money and personal energy trying to do so
Here’s a little picture I want to paint...
I was having a nostalgic moment back in my Sales career working for a Global Intelligent Process Automation Tech Company in Melbourne. Long story short to help you understand workload, I was working 2 roles while my manager was on leave, and in the 2nd year of building my own start up coaching business.
During this 6 month period we had to rehire twice which was great, but we all know about the 3 month honeymoon ‘onboarding and training’ period where you do your role + help someone learn theirs! 😐😶😬
Time was simply something I did not have, so I had to think outside of the box!
I had a zoom account and a wealthy experience in training and development, so I set out to pre record a complete series of Training Video walk through a with visuals and commentary, with the objectives of getting them to
1) Understand how to ride the bike: they would have a go-back-to-at-any-time library of the exact process that made up their role
2) Ride the bike, fall off and we’d be there to catch them: They’d have enough information to have a go autonomously, and the support would be there for them when they needed
3) Ride on their own, further and faster: they would grow confident in their ability to do their role faster, and this approach provided balance for existing team
To do so I had to think about the core functions of their role and break those down into the core processes they needed to learn.
There were 5 key processes and for each a training video was produced.
They were specific step by step, yet also flexible and generic enough where they needed to be, to take into account that processes varied slightly around the different global offices.

I finished up my career with this fantastic company, but before I did, I used these videos once more to train and on board my replacements, so that our customers, wider team and partners wouldn’t be effected through the transition.
Now in my own business, I still create using these pillars to create training material that LANDS; and to teach women in business how to:
💎 Get in front of her customers without spending excessive time 💎 Sell to those customer without spending excessive money 💎 Retaining those customers without spending excessive personal energy
And here is insight to my methods, my ethos:
In order to get in front of our customers, sell to them and retain them, we need to become aware of the subconscious blocks that are preventing this growth from manifesting, by taking self responsibility of the journey to shift these blocks, so that she can ascend higher, further and faster
Without spending excessive amounts of time, money and personal energy to do so.
