People and Process
I've spent over 10 years in my career as a performance coach helping people to improve their performance. In 2016 I joined a Tech Company who is a market leader in Intelligence Process Automation, it was fast paced and the focus was on improving processes for business.
I didnt know it at the time, but this career is now serving me well in my coaching and consulting business Ive been building since 2016. There are two things I know really well, People and Process.
If you have strong processes, but under performing people, your business outcomes will suffer.
If you have strong performing people, but your processes lack efficiency, your business outcomes will also suffer.
What is the answer?
To create Cohesion between both.
How do you achieve Cohesion?
By weaving, Emotional Intelligence and Process Excellence, together they create a strength that is difficult to break, improving performance and productivity exponentially.

Lets take a deeper look at each:
> Process Excellence is taking a complex process and making it easy to understand and use
> Emotional Intelligence is the key to individuals understanding why they do what they do
I help women in business achieve more opportunity and consistency in cash flow by using Process Excellence to build Emotional Intelligence faster.
If you don't have Cohesion, you have dysfunction instead.
Dysfunction means you take longer, using more resources to solve the many issues that come with dysfunction.
Is that really the vision you had for your business?
I'll leave you to think about this, if you want a hand with solving your dysfunctional issues currently in your business, reach out today.
